Here are some key tips to help maintain your jeans and keep them looking new:

1. Wash sparingly: Only wash your jeans when absolutely necessary, such as when they have stains or an unpleasant smell. Washing too often can wear out the fabric faster.

2. Turn inside out before washing: To prevent color fading and protect the outer fabric, always wash your jeans inside out.

3. Use cold water: Whether hand washing or using a machine, stick to cold water and a gentle cycle. Hot water can cause shrinkage and fade the color more quickly.

4. Skip the bleach: Avoid using bleach as it can strip your jeans of their color. Choose bleach-free detergents instead.

5. Air dry your jeans: After washing, hang your jeans to air dry in a well-ventilated area, but avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

6. Iron with low heat: If you need to iron your jeans, use low heat and iron them from the inside to avoid damaging the fabric.

Wool Jacket

1. Do not wash in a regular washing machine cycle: The spinning force can cause wool fabric to become fuzzy or lose its shape.
2. Recommended to hand-wash: Wash the wool jacket in warm water with mild soap. Gently press out the water, but do not wring. Lay the item flat to dry, draped over a rod, and avoid using a hanger. This will help preserve the wool fabric and maintain its shape.
3. In case of using a dryer: it’s advised to dry for 15 minutes on the lowest heat setting or with normal air. This helps prevent the jacket fibers from clumping together. You can repeat the process if the garment is not fully dry.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags still attached.

2. How to Return

Step 1: Request a Return

• Email us at notedand.shop@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request ( - your full name - )".
• Include the following information in your email:
  • Your full name and contact details including your telephone number and email;
  • Order number (You can find it on the Purchase History page); 
  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return, including reasons for the return; and
  • Information about the bank account to which you would like the refunds to be deposited

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

• Once we receive your email, we will review your request and send you a confirmation email with further instructions.
• Please do not send any items before receiving our confirmation email.

Step 3: Prepare Your Return

• Package your items securely to prevent damage during transit.

Step 4: Send Your Return

• We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive your returned items, please allow 7-10 business days for processing the refunds.
• Refunds and your shipping costs will be credited back to the payment method that you specified.
• Refunded shipping costs will be a flat rate of £5 per clothing item. If you return a product more than one time, only the shipping costs of the first return will be compensated.

If you need a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
